Audacity 2.1.3 Manual Download
Audacity 2.1.3 has been released — the first release of the app in over a year.
The latest version of this hugely popular open-source audio editor features a number of new features, including a new distortion effect, audio scrubbing improvements, and the (long requested) ability to ‘pin’ the play/record head.

I can manually install the manual, but I have not been able to figure out how to automate this. My main stumbling block is I can't download the manual from the terminal.
